Terms of Use for Lyvup Health

1. Introduction
The Lyvup Health mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is part of the Lyvup platform that enables users to view profiles, provide and receive feedback, and access health-related content. These Terms of Use govern your use of the App.
2. Platform Provider
The App is provided by Lyvup B.V., Herengracht 59, 1015 BC, Amsterdam, Netherlands, registration number: 80366708, registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
3. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you cannot use the App.
4. App Content
- Content and data provided through the App are purely informational
- User profiles and health data are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment
- The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice
5. Pricing and Costs
- The price for using the App is determined and agreed upon between the Provider and your employer
- You are responsible for any data transfer costs incurred by your internet service provider
6. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not share your account credentials
- Not use the App for any illegal purposes
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- The App and its content are fully developed by Lyvup
- By installing the App, you acquire non-transferable and non-exclusive rights to use it for personal use only
- You may not:
* Make copies of the App
* Install the App on unauthorized devices
* Distribute or provide access to the App
* Lease or sell licenses to use the App
* Modify or adapt the App
8. Provider's Liability Limitations
The Provider:
- Does not guarantee the App's functionality or quality
- Is not responsible for any data loss
- Cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation
- Is not responsible for network or technical issues
- Is not responsible for the reliability of internet connections
9. Provider's Liability for Damages
- The Provider's liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by law
- The Provider is not responsible for:
* Loss of income
* Data loss
* Consequential damages
* Damages caused by force majeure
10. Complaints
- For complaints about the App's functioning, contact support@lyvup.com
- Complaints will be handled according to our rules at www.lyvup.com
- For network or data transfer issues, contact your service provider
11. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
