Tailored to each partner in the care ecosystem.

Lyvup develops solutions for pharmaceutical companies, health professionals, and patients — each addressing the specific clinical, operational, and human needs of that context, within a shared technological foundation.

For Pharmaceutical Companies

Precision patient stratification and digital therapy support.

Therapeutic outcomes depend not only on the molecule, but on the patient receiving it — and on whether that patient continues treatment over time.

Lyvup's platform supports pharmaceutical partners in two interconnected ways: identifying which patients are most likely to respond to a given therapy before treatment begins, and supporting long-term adherence through personalised digital coaching grounded in behavioral science. Both capabilities are developed in academic collaboration and designed for real-world clinical integration.

  • Patient stratification using genetic, lifestyle, and biosensor data
  • Continuous adherence support adapted to individual motivation and context
  • Real-world evidence generation embedded in the platform architecture
  • Multilingual deployment across European markets
Reducing variability in treatment response.
Our stratification work — currently in metabolic disease in collaboration with Amsterdam UMC, TU Delft, and TU Eindhoven, funded by ZonMW — is developing a rigorous methodology for predicting individual treatment response. The approach is designed to extend across therapeutic classes.
Beyond the patient support programme.
We see digital companion tools not as add-ons to existing programmes, but as integral components of therapeutic delivery — generating data, improving outcomes, and providing the kind of longitudinal patient insight that traditional models cannot.
Coming Soon — Lyvup Ring
The sensor layer for precision medicine.
Lyvup Ring provides continuous real-world metabolic pattern data — feeding directly into treatment stratification models and adherence coaching. By tracking how glucose behaviour changes rather than targeting absolute clinical values, it generates the longitudinal behavioural signal that pharmaceutical patient support programmes have never had access to before.
Data governance for pharmaceutical partners
All patient data is processed under GDPR Article 9 (special category health data) and stored exclusively on European servers. Data Processing Agreements are provided as standard for all B2B engagements. Lyvup is actively implementing ISO 27001 and NEN 7510, and is building toward MDR compliance for its clinical platforms.
GDPR / AVG European servers only DPA as standard ISO 27001 — in progress
For Health Professionals

Clinical continuity between consultations.

Much of what determines a chronic patient's trajectory happens in the interval between clinical encounters — a period that conventional care has limited ability to influence.

Lyvup provides the digital infrastructure for extending clinical reach: continuous remote monitoring, early detection of clinically relevant changes, and evidence-informed digital coaching that guides patients between appointments. The clinician receives actionable signals, not raw data — enabling earlier, more targeted intervention without increasing administrative burden.

  • Continuous monitoring via non-invasive sensors and wearables
  • Early detection of deterioration or treatment non-adherence
  • Evidence-based digital coaching developed with clinical partners
  • Clinician-facing dashboard designed around clinical workflow
Grounded in clinical research.
As Principal Investigator and Project Coordinator of a Horizon Europe-funded project, Lyvup is conducting clinical validation of digital therapeutics for cardiac rehabilitation and relapse prevention across multiple European sites. The scientific rigour of this work underpins all clinical deployments.
Designed to complement, not replace.
Lyvup's platforms are intended to extend and support clinical decision-making, not to substitute it. The aim is to make the time clinicians spend with patients more informed and more focused — by improving the quality of information available between encounters.
Coming Soon — Lyvup Ring
Continuous monitoring without clinical burden.
Lyvup integrates with wearables and connected devices patients already use — and adds Lyvup Ring where continuous glucose pattern monitoring is needed. Clinical teams get continuous, objective visibility into what is happening between consultations, without additional procedures or equipment.
For Patients

Continuous health insight, adapted to daily life.

Living with a chronic condition involves navigating uncertainty over extended periods — often with limited support between clinical appointments.

Lyvup's patient-facing platforms provide continuous, non-invasive monitoring and personalised digital guidance designed for daily life — not for ideal clinical conditions. The coaching experience adapts over time to the individual's responses, lifestyle, and progress, drawing on established principles from behavioral psychology to support sustained engagement with treatment and self-management.

  • Non-invasive continuous monitoring designed for everyday wear
  • Insight into how activity, sleep, stress, and nutrition affect one's condition
  • Personalised guidance that evolves with the individual over time
  • Accessible design across languages, ages, and levels of digital literacy
Designed for the real world.
Our platforms are developed with accessibility as a design constraint, not an afterthought. They are intended to work for people across socioeconomic backgrounds, languages, and levels of technical familiarity — because the value of personalised care should not depend on who you are or where you live.
From passive monitoring to active guidance.
The goal is not simply to collect and display data, but to use it to inform guidance that patients can act on. This requires both technical precision in measurement and psychological rigour in how that information is communicated and timed.
